July 17, 2018 Board Meeting Agenda Item #33 Title APPROVAL OF THE SUPERINTENDENT'S FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE MONTH ENDING MAY 31, 2018 Description The Superintendent’s Financial Statements for the month ending May 31, 2018 does not reflect any unexpected trends for the fourth quarter of the 2017-2018 fiscal year. With the implementation of the salary increase and school resource officers at the elementary level, it is anticipated by year end, the General Fund revenues will fall short of expenditures requiring the use of unreserved fund balance. Recommendation That the Board approves the Superintendent’s Financial Statements for the month ending May 31, 2018 as presented.
